Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Sharadi Foundation expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations.

There is no cancellation option after payment is made.
No charge back or no refund will be permitted for fees paid through the online payment system.
In case of any duplicate payment, requester has to email support@sharadi.org with proof of excess payment, transaction reference no., bank statement, etc. for suitable action by the billing department.
The validity of any duplicate payment claim will be determined by the Trust based on the submission of the above stated information.
For a valid case of a duplicate payment claim, the refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to the donor/payer’s bank account in 5-7 working days.
Transaction charges paid by the donor is not refundable even in case of duplicate or excess payment.

Sharadi Foundation reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of this policy at any time without notice.
